Day 1

Up at 12.30 feeling a bit rough, serious cold about to happen. Look out the window and its raining for the first time in ages, nice. Weather forecast is looking like 3 degrees for the rest of the week, will hold off booking myself in for the surf trip for now.

Breakfast: 4 weetabix with honey and flax seeds, spag bol, 2 slices brown bread, hot water and honey
Packed food: pasta and eggs for later (they wont break), loaf and a half of brown bread, 3 flapjacks, jelly babies
Packed clothes: not much, bit short on space, panniers are deceptively small

Heres the itinerary for today, about to leave at 2.30, should take 3 or so hours. Just need to go along the bottom of hyde park and then its a straight road all the way, need to switch from the A315 to the A30 and thats about it
